Ingredients
 

  • 400 g Turkey breast fresh
  • 400 g Chicken breast
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Paprika red, green, yellow
  • 1 Cream cheese Pineapple BuKo
  • 100 ml Broth
  • Pepper, salt, curry
  • Tomato paste

Instructions
 

  • Chop the onion, cut the bell pepper into bite-sized pieces, clean the turkey and chicken breast and cut into strips.
  • Heat the fat in a pan and sauté the onion. Add the meat, fry, a little pepper and salt. (I fried the meat in two stages because I wanted the resulting roasted aromas)
  • Add the peppers to the meat, sauté and deglaze with the stock.
  • Stir in the cream cheese and reduce a little (if you like it, you can stir in a teaspoon of tomato paste) and season with curry.
  • Rice, pasta, flatbread go well as a side dish .....
