Ingredients
- 400 g Turkey breast fresh
- 400 g Chicken breast
- 1 Onion
- 1 Paprika red, green, yellow
- 1 Cream cheese Pineapple BuKo
- 100 ml Broth
- Pepper, salt, curry
- Tomato paste
Instructions
- Chop the onion, cut the bell pepper into bite-sized pieces, clean the turkey and chicken breast and cut into strips.
- Heat the fat in a pan and sauté the onion. Add the meat, fry, a little pepper and salt. (I fried the meat in two stages because I wanted the resulting roasted aromas)
- Add the peppers to the meat, sauté and deglaze with the stock.
- Stir in the cream cheese and reduce a little (if you like it, you can stir in a teaspoon of tomato paste) and season with curry.
- Rice, pasta, flatbread go well as a side dish .....
