refreshing on hot days

Fill a large glass (approx. 400ml) to the brim with crushed ice. Transfer to a blender (mine has an ice crush function), add the remaining ingredients, and blend until stiff peaks form. The blender lid fits perfectly into the previously used glass. Insert a straw and enjoy! Decorate with cocktail umbrellas and/or half an orange slice, if desired. Adjust the amount of syrup or yogurt to your liking. I learned how to make this frappé a few years ago in a café and have been making it every summer since. It’s super quick to make, deliciously refreshing, and always a hit with guests.
