- 2 bananas
- 1 mango(s)
- ½ pineapple
- 1 shot of orange juice, if needed

Banana and mango smoothie
Peel the fruit and cut into pieces. Blend or puree all ingredients in a suitable container until the desired consistency is reached. If desired, vary the flavor and consistency with orange juice, a splash of milk, or a cup of natural yogurt. Garnish with frozen berries and a pinch of parsley, for example.
