Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 80 g oat flakes
- 60 ml milk
- 30 g almonds, ground
- 55 g trail mix
- 3 m.-sized eggs
- 10 g coconut flakes
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
low carb, makes about 4 waffles
Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Using a waffle iron, bake 4 waffles in batches.
