Banana-Kiwi-Apple Juice Smoothie
Pour the 0.4 l of apple juice into a bowl. Peel the banana and kiwi, cut into small pieces, and puree in the bowl. Add the lemon juice and chocolate sauce to taste, adjusting the seasoning occasionally.
