Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 green apples, e.g. Granny Smith
  • 1 lemon(s), juice
  • 5 slices of pineapple
  • 300 g medium-aged Gouda
  • ¼ liter cream
  • 2 tsp mustard, hot
  • 4 tbsp pineapple juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Slice the apples and drizzle with the juice of half a lemon. Add the pineapple and cheese, also in strips. Whip the cream and season with mustard, the juice of the other half a lemon, and the pineapple juice.
