- 1 garlic clove(s)
- e.g. cream

Amuse-bouche
Blend/puree smoked trout fillet with cream, salt, pepper, and finely chopped onion and garlic clove. It’s best to prepare this the day before. Serve as an appetizer or amuse-bouche in mini cocktail tomatoes.
