Truffle Pasta
The perfect truffle pasta recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
pasta
- 200 g Flour
- 2 piece Eggs
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Oil
sauce
- 2 piece Onions
- 1 shot Olive oil
- 10 piece Mushrooms
- 100 ml White wine
- 500 ml Cream
- 1 piece Truffles fresh
pasta
- For the pasta, mix all the ingredients for the dough together and process into a mass. Place the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Then use the pasta machine to make the pasta you want.
sauce
- For the sauce, peel and dice the onions and fry them in a little olive oil. Clean, dice and fry the mushrooms. Deglaze with white wine and add the cream.
- Add the cooked pasta to the sauce, mix and then portion on the plates. Slice the fresh truffle over it.
