Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 750 g potatoes
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • some butter
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 liter vegetable broth
  • 100 ml cream
  • salt and pepper
  • Spice mix (Truffle Happiness from Herbaria)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

delicious quick soup for Advent and Christmas

Peel and dice the potatoes, peel and finely chop the onion. Then, fry the onions in butter. Then, briefly fry the potatoes and dust with flour. Pour in the broth and seasoning. Cook the soup for 25 minutes. Then, puree, add the cream and bring to a froth again. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and Truffle Pleasure.
