Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 wraps
- 1 can of tuna, approx. 290 g
- 150 g cream cheese
- 100 g crème fraîche
- 1 bell pepper(s)
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 avocado(s), ripe
- 2 spring onions
- some lettuce leaves, e.g. lettuce or iceberg lettuce
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
First, drain the tuna and shred it in a bowl with a fork. Stir in the cream cheese and crème fraîche. Deseed the tomatoes and dice them very finely. Dice the avocado and bell pepper as finely as possible. Slice the spring onions into rings. Then fold everything into the tuna cream, season with salt and pepper. Top the wraps with lettuce leaves, spread with the filling, and fold or roll up.
