Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 slices of toast
- 120 g cream cheese
- 1 can of tuna
- ½ mango(s)
- 1 tsp curry powder
- ¼ tsp ginger powder
- salt and pepper
- 2 orange slices for garnishing

Halve the slices of bread, place them on a foil-lined baking sheet, and broil them in the oven for about 20-30 seconds. Alternatively, you can toast the slices. Drain the tuna well, then shred it with a fork. Peel the mango and cut it into small cubes. Mix the cream cheese with the tuna and the mango cubes. Season with curry and ginger powder, salt, and pepper. Spread the mixture evenly over the slices of bread with a spoon and smooth it down. Quarter the orange slices. Arrange the slices on plates and decorate with the orange slices. Tip: Instead of toast, you can also use baguette rolls or sesame croissants. A green or mixed salad goes very well with this.
