Tuna and cream cheese spread

Ingredients for 20 servings:

  • 1 pack of cream cheese
  • 1 can of tuna
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Parsley
  • Chili flakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine the cream cheese (double cream is best) and tuna in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Season with salt, pepper, and a generous squeeze of fresh lemon. Transfer to a pretty glass bowl and garnish with parsley and chili flakes. It’s especially popular at cold buffets as a spread for metre-long bread or pumpernickel.
