Tuna and onion pizza

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pack of baking mix for pizza dough
  • 2 cans of tuna in oil
  • 2 balls of mozzarella
  • 1 cup of crème fraîche, reduced fat
  • 1 pack of mozzarella, grated
  • 2 onions
  • 1 pack of tomatoes, pureed
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

for a round shape

Prepare the pizza dough according to the package instructions and roll it out on a greased round baking sheet or pan. Slice the onions into rings and sauté lightly in oil. Drain the oil from the tuna can and mix it with the onions. Cut the mozzarella into thin slices. Spread the tomato puree on the pizza base, place the mozzarella slices on top, drizzle with the crème fraîche, top with the tuna and onions, and spread more crème fraîche on top. Season everything with salt and pepper and finally top with the grated mozzarella. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C fan/convection oven (200°C top and bottom heat) for about 25 minutes.
