Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 can tuna in its own juice
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 50 g breadcrumbs
  • 1 roll (from the previous day)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • salt and pepper
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Soak the bread rolls in water. Drain the tuna thoroughly. Squeeze the bread rolls and mix with all the ingredients. Form small meatballs and fry on each side in hot clarified butter.
