Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 large carrot(s)
- ½ can tuna in its own juice
- 150 ml broth
- 100 ml cream or Cremefine
- n. B. Flour
- e.g. lemon juice
- pepper
- nutmeg
- possibly peas
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
delicious with pasta
Slice the carrot and cook in the broth for about 5 minutes. Add the cream, thickening with a little flour if needed. Add the tuna and season with lemon, pepper, and nutmeg. Serve with pasta. If you like, you can also add peas to the sauce; they also go well with the sauce.
