Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 slice(s) tuna fillet (if frozen, thaw first)
  • 8 small potatoes
  • 6 tomatoes (cocktail tomatoes)
  • 1 jar olives, black (with stone), if desired also green olives
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 lemon juice from one lemon
  • lots of olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel, dice, and wash the potatoes and place them in a baking dish. Season. Place the tuna on top and season. Finely chop the vegetables and garlic and spread everything in the baking dish with the black/green olives. Add lemon juice and olive oil (enough to half cover the tuna. The fish must not dry out!). Season again. Bake in the oven at 180°C for approximately 40-50 minutes. Serve with fresh baguette.
