Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 slice(s) tuna fillet (if frozen, thaw first)
- 8 small potatoes
- 6 tomatoes (cocktail tomatoes)
- 1 jar olives, black (with stone), if desired also green olives
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 1 zucchini
- 1 lemon juice from one lemon
- lots of olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Peel, dice, and wash the potatoes and place them in a baking dish. Season. Place the tuna on top and season. Finely chop the vegetables and garlic and spread everything in the baking dish with the black/green olives. Add lemon juice and olive oil (enough to half cover the tuna. The fish must not dry out!). Season again. Bake in the oven at 180°C for approximately 40-50 minutes. Serve with fresh baguette.
