Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 5 eggs, hard boiled
  • 5 gherkins
  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 8 tbsp mayonnaise or Miracel Whip
  • 1 can tuna in its own juice
  • salt and pepper
  • lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with egg and cucumber

Dice the eggs and cucumbers as finely as possible. Drain the tuna and mash it in a bowl. Add the quark, mayonnaise, eggs, and cucumbers and mix well with a fork. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Tastes fantastic as an appetizer for dipping or on brown bread.
