Quick tuna spread

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 can tuna in its own juice
  • 200 g herb curd
  • 4 small tomatoes (date tomatoes)
  • some chives
  • n. B. Fondor
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

First, drain the tuna thoroughly. Then, mash the tuna with a fork. Add the herb curd and mix well. You may need less curd. Add some chives and season with salt, pepper, and, if desired, Fondor. Serve garnished with the tomatoes. This recipe came about spontaneously when I was craving something and couldn’t find anything good to put on bread. I think it could be easily adapted with other ingredients!
