Tuna cream sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 can of tuna, natural
  • 1 onion(s)
  • some flour
  • 1 cup of cream
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • e.g. butter
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • e.g. freshly squeezed lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel the onion, dice it into small cubes, and sauté it in melted butter until translucent. Stir in a little flour to make a roux. Pour in the cream and mix well. Now add the sour cream. Add the tuna and its juices and mix well again. Season the sauce to taste with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. This goes perfectly with pasta.
