Salmon butter

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 jar salmon substitute (smoked pollock schnitzel)
  • 250 g butter
  • 1 onion(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Warm the butter to room temperature; it should be spreadable. Drain the oil from the jar of salmon substitute and add the salmon substitute to the butter. Finely chop the onion (you should still be able to feel the pieces when eating, but they shouldn’t be too difficult to spread), and add it to the butter. Mix the mixture thoroughly. The salmon butter makes a delicious spread, especially on white bread. I also like it with boiled potatoes.
