  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 large egg(s), hard-boiled
  • Spice(s) of your choice (salt, pepper, chili, etc.)

Instructions

protein-rich dip – low-carb

Blend the tuna with oil, vinegar, and egg using a hand blender or blender until creamy. Season to taste. It goes great with vegetable sticks!
