Tuna Eggs
The perfect tuna eggs recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 8 piece Eggs
- 1 Can Tuna
- 2 tsp Chopped capers
- 150 g Crème fraîche with herbs
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 2 medium sized Tomatoes
- 150 g Mixed salad
- 2 tbsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- Salt and pepper
- Cayenne pepper
- Boil the eggs hard, peel them and cut in half lengthways. Remove the yolks. Drain the tuna and capers. Chop the capers, mix with the tuna, egg yolks, mustard and 100 g of creme fraiche. Salt and pepper the cream. Pour the cream into the eggs.
- Mix together lemon juice, oil and remaining creme fraiche (50 g) and season with cayenne pepper. Wash and clean tomatoes and cut into thin wedges. Arrange the salad with eggs on plates and drizzle with the dressing.
