Tuna on Mango Salad

The perfect tuna on mango salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 piece Fresh tuna, a 220 grams
  • 50 g Sesame white
  • 1 Pc. Fresh mango
  • 0,5 Vol. Spring onions fresh
  • 50 g Walnut kernels fresh
  • 1 Tablespoon (level) Honey liquid
  • 2 Tablespoon (level) Raspberry vinegar
  • 1 Pc. Chilli fresh
  • Salt
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • Olive oil orange
  • Extra virgin olive oil

dressing

  1. Clean the spring onions and cut into bite-sized pieces. Finely chop the chilli pepper, heat the olive oil and sauté the spring onions with the chilli. Add walnuts, stir in honey, deglaze with vinegar. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. Peel the mango, remove the stone, cut the pulp into strips, mix with the dressing and olive oil and orange, season to taste and place in the center of a plate.
  3. Salt the tuna steaks and roll them in sesame seeds. Fry briefly on both sides in olive oil, the fish should still be red inside.
  4. Cut the tuna into slices and serve on the salad. Drizzle generously with olive oil and orange again. With fresh baguette
