For the dough, place all ingredients in a bowl and knead thoroughly for at least 5 minutes. Let the dough rise for about 30 minutes. Then divide the dough into 6 portions and shape each into a ball. For the sauce, first peel and finely dice an onion. Gently fry the diced onion and garlic in olive oil, add tomato paste, top with tomatoes, and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 30 minutes until the sauce thickens. Season the sauce with herbs and spices to taste. Roll out the dough balls and pour the tomato sauce on top. Then top the pizzas with tuna, corn, and olives to taste. Preheat the oven to 220°C (top/bottom heat). Bake the pizzas for about 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle the pizzas with Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
