Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 4 can/n tuna, approx. 185 g each
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 mushrooms
  • 2 bell peppers, different colors
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 carrots
  • possibly pizza seasoning

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Squeeze the liquid out of the tuna and mix the fish with the eggs. Spread the mixture on baking paper and pre-bake in the oven at 200°C for 15 minutes. Clean and slice the mushrooms. Wash, deseed, and strip the bell peppers. Peel and dice the onion. Peel the carrot and thinly slice. After 15 minutes, top the pizza as desired and season with pizza seasoning if desired. Bake the tuna pizza for another 10 minutes. This pizza is a healthy, low-calorie alternative to classic pizza and a taste sensation.
