Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 can tuna in its own juice
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 onion(s)
  • e.g. orange juice
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • Sunflower oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the tomatoes and cut into small cubes. Peel and finely chop the onion. Place the diced tomatoes and chopped onion in a bowl. Drain the tuna and add it. Season with salt and pepper. Add the vinegar, sunflower oil, and orange juice, if desired. Mix everything well and season to taste. Arrange the tuna salad on two plates and serve.
