Cheese Fries Sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 50 g cheese, grated
  • 4 processed cheese slices (cheddar flavor)
  • 20 g butter
  • 100 ml cooking cream
  • e.g. paprika powder
  • n. B. fried onions
  • some pepper
  • some spice mix for doner kebab

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the paprika. Tear the cheese slices into small pieces and add them to the pan along with the grated cheese. Melt everything on low heat while stirring, making sure the cheese doesn’t stick to the bottom of the pan. Add the cream and bring to a boil while stirring. Stir in the fried onions and mix well, but do not let it boil again. Pour the cheese sauce over the fries or serve as a dip.
