Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 5 tomatoes
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 can tuna in its own juice
  • 1 pack of feta cheese or other white cheese
  • 1 pack of ready-made salad dressing mix (Italian style or garden herbs with garlic)
  • 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
  • some olives

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

Mix the dressing in a bowl according to the package instructions. Let it sit for a moment. Dice the tomatoes, finely chop the onion, chop the garlic clove, and drain the tuna. Dice the feta cheese and add everything to the bowl along with the olives. Then let it sit for another 2 hours.
