Tuna salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 onion(s), cut into thin strips
  • 1 yellow bell pepper(s), cut into strips
  • 2 tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 can of tuna in oil (125 g)
  • ½ iceberg lettuce
  • 50 g mayonnaise (salad mayonnaise)
  • 3 tbsp cream
  • 3 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • Salt
  • chili powder
  • 2 tbsp chives, in rolls

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Roughly shred the iceberg lettuce, wash it, and arrange it on 4 plates. Arrange the drained tuna pieces, onion, and bell pepper on top. Mix the mayonnaise, cream, and ketchup to make the dressing. Season with salt and chili powder. Spread over the salad, sprinkle with chives, and garnish with tomato wedges.
