Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 cans of tuna
  • 1 can/n tangerine(s)
  • 2 tbsp curry
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp Miracle Whip or light salt cream
  • Salt
  • Pepper, if possible freshly ground
  • 1 pinch of chili powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Drain the tuna and mandarin oranges and combine them in a bowl. Add the spices and mix everything well. Start with a little curry at first and then add more to taste (it depends on the curry; it ranges from mild to hot). Add tomato paste and mayo (Miracel Wip) until it’s nice and creamy. If it sits for a day, the curry develops its flavor even more. It tastes delicious with baguette or crackers.
