Tuna salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 can of tuna in oil
  • 1 small celeriac
  • 1 class jar red pepper(s).
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • 2 tbsp salad mayonnaise
  • Paprika powder, hot
  • salt and pepper
  • Vinegar

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Clean the celery, cook it in salted water for about 30 minutes while still warm, and cut it into small cubes. Finely chop the bell peppers, drain the tuna, and shred it. Make a sauce with mayonnaise, vinegar, salt, and paprika, and season with pepper. Combine the celery, tuna, and bell peppers and stir in the sauce.
