Quick to make and very versatile! Delicious on fresh bread

Finely chop the onion. Dice the bell peppers and tomatoes. Drain the tuna and place it in a bowl. Mix the bell peppers, tomatoes, tomato paste, and Miracle Whip with the tuna and season with salt and pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and a squeeze of lemon. Let it sit in the refrigerator for a few hours. This goes best with fresh rolls or good brown bread. It’s also delicious with an egg or a splash of cheese.
