Tuna salad Greek style

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 can of tuna in sunflower oil
  • 1 large pointed pepper, green
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 4 eggs
  • 10 olives, black
  • 4 tomatoes, dried
  • 3 m.-large gherkins
  • 50 g sheep’s cheese
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • some salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp yogurt
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp tartar sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Hard-boil the eggs, rinse, peel, and chop them. Drain the tuna slightly. Chop all the remaining ingredients and place them in a bowl with the mayonnaise, tartar sauce, and yogurt. Season with salt and pepper and toss with a little olive oil. Serve with fresh pide or baguette. Tip: If you like, you can also add corn.
