Tuna salad with red peppers, capers and onions

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 cans of tuna in brine
  • 1 onion(s), finely diced
  • 250 g quark, low-fat
  • 1 cup of yogurt (cream yogurt)
  • 2 tbsp capers, chopped
  • some lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 red bell peppers, cut into very small cubes

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Shred the tuna and mix all ingredients together thoroughly. The consistency should be like a puree. Serve with homemade bread.
