Tuna salad with zucchini and feta

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 2 cans of tuna, in its own juice
  • 1 can of corn
  • 2 small zucchini, firm, fresh
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • 3 tbsp Miracle Whip Balance
  • 50 ml milk
  • Vinegar (wine, sherry or fruit vinegar of your choice)
  • n. B. Chives, finely chopped
  • little salt
  • possibly sugar if needed
  • pepper

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

to control zucchini in my garden

Drain the tuna, tear it into small pieces in a bowl, and mash it. Rinse the corn and add it. Finely dice the feta cheese, washed zucchini, and peeled onion and add them. Now add the vinegar, a little salt, pepper, and finely chopped chives. Mix with Miracle Whip and milk until creamy. Add a pinch of sugar, if desired. Let it stand for about 2 hours before serving. Tip: If the salad is still too dry, add a little more milk.
