Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 broccoli
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 200 g bacon, cut into strips
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 5 tbsp oil
  • 6 tbsp vinegar
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Herbs, various

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

with corn, bacon and cream vinaigrette

Trim the broccoli and divide it into florets. Cook until tender. Fry the bacon until crispy. Prepare a vinaigrette with the remaining ingredients. Now add the broccoli, bacon, and corn to a salad bowl. Pour the vinaigrette over the broccoli and mix well. Pairs well with grilled food.
