Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 can tuna in its own juice
- 50 g mushrooms, fresh or frozen
- 50 g cream cheese, grainy
- 3 eggs
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- Spice(s) of your choice
- possibly water or milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
SIS – Dinner
First, chop the onions and garlic and fry them in a pan without any fat. Add the mushrooms and let it brown slightly. Meanwhile, whisk the three eggs with the drained tuna and cream cheese and season to taste. If the mixture is too thick, you can add a little more water or milk to thicken it. Then pour the egg mixture into the pan, let it set, and serve. If you like, you can also serve with some fresh lettuce, cucumber, or tomato.
