Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 XXL pizza dough, from the refrigerated section
- 2 cans of tuna in its own juice, approx. 190 g each
- 400 g cream cheese, natural
- 1 bunch of spring onions, sliced into thin rings
- salt and pepper
- possibly chili flakes, from the mill
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes
Roll out the pizza base on a non-stick surface. Drain the tuna, mix it with the cream cheese and spring onions, season, and spread it on the base. Cut the dough into approximately 5 cm wide strips, roll each one up individually, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or in a springform pan. Bake the tuna rolls at 160 degrees Celsius (convection oven) for approximately 45 minutes. Leftovers can be easily hidden in the cream cheese mixture, such as other cream cheeses, feta, grated or diced Gouda, other cheeses, peppers, etc.
