Tuna spaghetti

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300g spaghetti
  • 1 can tuna, marinated in oil
  • 1 pack of herbs de Provence (frozen)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 5 tomatoes
  • 1 bag of cheese, grated
  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ pack of cheese, grated
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Peel and slice the garlic. Wash and dice the tomatoes. Heat the olive oil and garlic in a pan. Add the diced tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper and simmer gently for a few minutes. Add the can of tuna with the oil and frozen herbs and simmer for about 5 minutes. Drain the spaghetti and add it to the pan with the sauce. Stir well. Finally, add the grated cheese and mix to combine. Plate and serve.
