Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 can tuna, in oil
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp crème fraîche
- some basil, freshly chopped or dried
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Quick and easy
Drain the tuna. Place all ingredients in a small bowl and mash and mix well with a fork. Tastes great on fresh baguette, toast, or olive bread.
