Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g potatoes
  • 1 can/n tomatoes, peeled
  • 1 can of tuna
  • ½ liter of water
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • oregano
  • Ginger

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Drain the tuna. Peel and dice the potatoes. Chop the tomatoes. Bring everything to a boil in a pot and season. Add water frequently until the desired consistency is reached.
