Put the tuna through a meat grinder to create a finely pureed fish substance. Then place the fish in a bowl. Finely chop the ginger, garlic, and onions and add them to the bowl with the egg and the spices (add spices to your liking; it’s best to taste them as you go!). Knead everything thoroughly with a hand blender. Then shape into meatballs by hand and arrange on a plate. Serve with cherry tomatoes and hot peppers. Enjoy the tartar drizzled with soy sauce. Serve with toasted or baked white bread.
