Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 220 g tuna, sushi quality
- ¼ salted lemon(s)
- 2 spring onions, white part only
- e.g. olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Finely chop the onion and the quarter of the lemon. Dice the tuna. Don’t put it through a grinder! We don’t want mush! Gently mix all the ingredients and drizzle with a little oil.
