Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g mayonnaise
- 2 large tomatoes
- 2 large onions
- 1 can tuna, in oil
- 4 tortillas
- 1 iceberg lettuce
- 3 tsp curry powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
Mix the mayonnaise with the curry powder in a bowl. Dice the onions and tomatoes and mix in. Open the can of tuna and drain half of the oil, then fold the rest, including the tuna, into the mixture. Bake the tortillas according to the package instructions. Separate a few leaves from the iceberg lettuce and wash them. Stack the leaves on top of each other and cut them into thin strips. Divide the mixture between the tortillas and spread evenly. Place a layer of iceberg lettuce on top of the spread mixture, then carefully roll up the tortillas, place them on a layer of aluminum foil, and roll them up. Fold in both ends of the aluminum foil and refrigerate for at least one hour until ready to eat. Before eating, fold open one end of the aluminum foil and tear it halfway down the wrap. This keeps the wrap in its shape and makes it easier to eat.
