Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 carrot(s), really big and thick
- 1 kohlrabi
- 3 potatoes
- 1 liter vegetable broth
- Parsley, chopped
- lemon juice
- n. B. sausages, vegan

Grate the vegetables (you’ll be able to do this even faster with a food processor) and then bring to a boil with vegetable stock. Simmer for about 10 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped parsley. Divide among plates and stir in about 1 tablespoon of lemon juice per plate. Add chopped vegan sausages, if desired.
