Turkey and broccoli casserole

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g broccoli
  • 300 g turkey breast
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 125 ml hollandaise sauce
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • 1 salt and pepper

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

quick and tasty, low carb

First, cut the broccoli into small florets and boil in water for about six minutes. Cut the turkey breast into strips and season with salt and pepper. Peel and dice the onion, and brown it with the turkey. Place the broccoli, onion, and turkey in a casserole dish, pour over the hollandaise sauce, and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 15-20 minutes.
