Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g turkey strips
  • 1 medium-sized bell pepper(s)
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 500 g frozen vegetables (Kaisergemüse)
  • 150 ml Cremefine, 7% fat
  • Salt
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the Kaiser vegetables in salted water, finely chop the bell pepper, and slice the leek. Fry the turkey strips in oil. Once cooked, add all the vegetables. Season with soy sauce, cayenne pepper, and salt and continue frying for a while. Finally, stir in the Cremefine and simmer briefly.
