Turkey and zucchini strips

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g turkey breast, shredded
  • 1 zucchini
  • 4 spring onions
  • 200 ml cream
  • 150 ml water
  • Maggi
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • oil
  • 2 tsp frozen mixed herbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Season the turkey strips with pepper, salt, and paprika and fry in a little oil. Wash, peel, deseed, and dice the zucchini. Wash the spring onions and slice them into thin rings. Add both to the seared meat and fry briefly. Deglaze with cream and water, bring to a boil, and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and Maggi. Finally, stir in the herbs. Serve with pasta or rice.
