Spread the love

  • 2 chicken breast fillets
  • 100 g herb cream cheese
  • 6 large potatoes
  • oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180-190°C fan/gas mark 3. Peel and wash the potatoes, then cut them into thin strips, making fries. Arrange them on a baking sheet and brush with oil. Wash the chicken breast fillets and slice them “butterfly-style,” fill them with the cream cheese, and then fold them back on. Place the fries in the oven and set the timer for 30 minutes. Then fry the chicken in a non-stick pan with a little oil for about 5 minutes on each side. Then place them on a separate baking sheet with the fries in the oven and bake for the remaining 20 minutes.
