Turkey Bolognese (histamine-free)

The perfect turkey bolognese (histamine-free) recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Minced turkey
  • 2 Diced peppers
  • 1 Finely diced zucchini
  • 1 Diced onion
  • 1 Garlic clove finely diced
  • 3 Stalk Flat parsley cut / chopped
  • 2 Stalk Cut / chopped basil
  • 2 sheet Dried laurel
  • 300 ml Water or vegetable broth
  • 2 tbsp Paprika pulp
  • 1 El Paprika sweet or hot, depending on your taste
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  1. Heat the olive oil and let the onion cubes sauté briefly
  2. Add minced turkey and fry until crumbly, then season well with salt, pepper and paprika powder
  3. Add the garlic, diced paprika and diced zucchini, sear briefly, then add the paprika pulp
  4. Fill up with liquid, add a pinch of sugar and the two bay leaves
  5. approx. Simmer gently for 45 minutes (the last 15 minutes without the lid, so that the liquid is reduced). Season to taste before serving.
  6. I serve the turkey bolognese with spelled spaghetti. Only cook the spaghetti al dente!
