Turkey Bolognese (histamine-free)
The perfect turkey bolognese (histamine-free) recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Minced turkey
- 2 Diced peppers
- 1 Finely diced zucchini
- 1 Diced onion
- 1 Garlic clove finely diced
- 3 Stalk Flat parsley cut / chopped
- 2 Stalk Cut / chopped basil
- 2 sheet Dried laurel
- 300 ml Water or vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp Paprika pulp
- 1 El Paprika sweet or hot, depending on your taste
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Sugar
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- Heat the olive oil and let the onion cubes sauté briefly
- Add minced turkey and fry until crumbly, then season well with salt, pepper and paprika powder
- Add the garlic, diced paprika and diced zucchini, sear briefly, then add the paprika pulp
- Fill up with liquid, add a pinch of sugar and the two bay leaves
- approx. Simmer gently for 45 minutes (the last 15 minutes without the lid, so that the liquid is reduced). Season to taste before serving.
- I serve the turkey bolognese with spelled spaghetti. Only cook the spaghetti al dente!
